Navegate Announces Acquisition by Radiant Logistics

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Navegate, Inc. by Radiant Logisitics, Inc.

Navegate, Inc., a Mendota Heights, Minn.-based technology-enabled logistics and supply chain management company, was acquired by Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a third-party logistics and multi-modal transportation services company of Renton, Wash. As part of the transaction, which closed on Dec. 3, Radiant acquired all of Navegate’s stock for $35 million.

Following the transaction, Navegate will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Radiant Logistics, Inc., led by Joe Pelletier, president of Navegate, and Chad Bickett, chief operations officer. In addition to expanding its organic account base, Navegate will create cross-selling potential for Radiant as it connects its global trade management services with Radiant’s 100+ operating locations and expanded client base.
