Section 301 China List 3 to Remain at 10% Until Further Notice
On March 5th a Federal Register notice was published confirming the delay in increase of the Section 301 List 3 tariffs. The tariff for List 3 will remain at 10% until further notice. The federal register notice can be found here: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2019-03-05/pdf/2019-03935.pdf
US Customs changed the programming of the duty rate for these products last week, prior to the formal announcement. We are reviewing all entries filed to ensure the duty amount was calculated correctly at 10%.
