FDA Biennial Food Facility Registration Now Open
The 2018 Food Facility Registration renewal window is open through December 31, 2018. All FDA food facilities, including foreign based manufacturers/suppliers, must renew their registration or their registration will expire.

Increased Enforcement Expected for Section 301 Tariffs
Industry experts are warning importers to expect an increase in communication from Customs in the form of CF28s. Customs will be reviewing entries to ensure there is no loss of expected revenue relating to Section 301 tariffs. We recommend that all importers thoroughly research & document any tariff, origin or value changes.
